摘要:碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与苯酚酯交换反应合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)技术,已逐渐成为有机合成工业中的热门课题之一,而碳酸苯甲酯(MPC)既是该反应的中间产物又是主要副产物,其本身又发生歧化反应生成DPC和DMC。碳酸苯甲酯歧化反应的速率和转化率直接影响碳酸二苯酯的产率。研究碳酸苯甲酯歧化反应动力学,不仅有助于对DMC与苯酚酯交换反应规律的深入了解,而且可以从理论上指导该反应催化剂的筛选。实验结果表明,碳酸苯甲酯歧化反应动力学方程为:rMPC=0.0146CMPC-0.0577CDMC(mol·L-1·min-1),说明正、逆反应均为一级。
The technology of synthesizing diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) with phenol has been becoming one of the popular issues in organic synthetic industry. In this technology, methyl phenyl carbonate(MPC) is both the middle and main by-product of the reaction. The rate and conversion of the disproportionation reaction of MPC affect directly the yield of DPC. Studying the disproportionation reaction kinetics of MPC not only can deepen the knowledge of the regularity of transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with phenol, but also guide in theory the selection of the catalyst for the reaction. The result shows that the disproportionation reaction kinetics of methyl phenyl carbonate is as follows: r_(MPC) =0.0146C_(MPC)-0.0577C_(DMC),mol/(L·min),which illuminates that the order of positive and reverse is one.
