摘要：n-Dodecane at 6% increased cell concentration by 12.7% and production of L-asparaginase by 21% to give 60.8 I.U/ml in fermentation of Escherichia coli. The dissolved O-2 concentration in fermentation medium with n-dodecane could be maintained above 80% during the whole fermentation process.
