摘要:在气、液两相为连续相固相为颗粒流(granular)的基础上进行模拟,建立了描述三相浆态鼓泡床中湍流流动的模型,在模型中考虑了气相在穿过液相中所形成的气泡直径以及固体颗粒大小对系统的影响,同时对任意两相之间的连续性方程和动量方程进行耦合。以三相浆态鼓泡床固体浓度分布为例进行数值模拟,模拟值与实验值吻合较好,表明模型可靠,模拟方法正确,为研究三相浆态床流态特征提供了一种便捷的方法,也为三相浆态床反应器的设计、开发、放大开辟了一条新的道路。
A mathematical model for simulating gas-liquid-solid three-phase turbulence flow has been established. In the this model the gas and liquid phase is regarded as continuity and the solid phase is regarded as granular phase. The effect of the size of the bubble and the diameter of particle to the turbulence is considered as well as the continuity function and momentum function between every two phase is coupled. The simulated results of solid holdup is agreed well with the experimental data in gas-liquid-solid three-phase slurry bubble column and the applicability and reliability of this model were validated.
