摘要:采用“通用I/O卡+专用计算机软件”来实现步进电机的控制,不仅经济实惠,而且具有非常好的灵活性和稳定性。本文介绍如何用研华PCL-731开关量控制卡构造数控系统。文中重点讨论了此类软数控系统中脉冲时间间隔的控制问题以及端口脉冲发送的计算方法和技巧。文中最后例举了应用实例。
It is economy and convenience to control stepping-motors using a computer plus adigital I /O card. This paper introduces 1mw to build a controlling system for stepping-motors using a computer and a digital I/O card 1 Model: PCL-731. The focus is placed on the controlling of the time interval of the two pulses which are send to stepping-motor drivers and the calculation f the output - number for bits on the I/O card. An application has been carried out for an easy educational manipulator.
