摘要：本文对一年来上海社区矫正中个案社会工作方法的运用状况进行了分析。文章认为个案社会工作与刑法执行是一个统一的过程,对于发挥社区矫正的有效性有重要作用。但目前个案社会工作方法的运用还存在不少限制,整个社会还必须为社区矫正工作中个案社会工作方法的运用创造更多的条件。
In this article we analyzed the situation of taking the methods of case work in Shanghai community corrections since 2003. We consider social work and the carrying out of criminal law as a unified course, which has important effects on the achievement of the effectiveness of community corrections. But at present we still have much limitation in taking the methods of case social work. More conditions are needed in society to advance the specialization of social work in the community corrections.
