摘要：高校大型仪器是国家重要的科技资源,建设高效率的共享平台实现大型仪器共享是高校大型仪器管理工作的发展趋势。华东理工大学已建立了三级大型仪器共享管理模式,并建成了包含仪器申购、预约使用、管理统计等模块的信息化大型仪器共享平台。在此基础上,通过平台建立了全时开放的大型仪器管理模式,最大限度地提升了大型仪器使用价值,并建立了与财务系统相连,符合国家科研项目管理规定及财务规定的实时结算管理系统,进一步促进资源有效配置,提高管理水平和使用效益,为教学、科研和社会检测提供了优质服务。
Large scale instrument systems（LSISs）in universities are important national scientific resources.Building sharing management platform is a tendency of LSISs management. The three-level sharing management system has been established.And the sharing management platform for LSISs with purchase,appointment and management functions has been built in East China University of Science and Technology（ECUST）.Based on all above,the all day sharing function of the platform was set up,The value of LSISs service was maximized;The disbursement and settlement management system which can meet the financial regulation and connect to the accounting system in real time was established.The efficiency of LSISs and the instruments management level of ECUST have been improving continually.
