摘要：NOVELTY - The gas-phase medium distributor has a gas inlet pipe (1) that is set on the inner wall of a reactor (10). A gas ingress pipe (2) is provided on the lower portion of the gas inlet pipe and connected to the gas inlet pipe. A gas distribution mechanism (5) is provided inside the reactor, on which several orifices are formed. A bump region (8) is formed between the plates (3) that are provided on the lower surface of the gas distribution mechanism. USE - Gas-phase medium distributor for bed reactor. ADVANTAGE - Since the gas distribution mechanism is provided inside the reactor, the gas can be formed easily within the distributor. The sedimentation of catalyst inside the distributor can be prevented. The temperature inside the distributor can be maintained. The power consumption of the distributor can be reduced.
