摘要：NOVELTY - An Edwardsiella tarda immunoprotective antigen, which is an E. tarda flagellum related protein comprising fully defined 232 amino acids (SEQ ID NO. 2) given in the specification, is new. USE - The E. tarda immunoprotective antigen is used for preparing a subunit vaccine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vaccine provides for convenient administration, has high immune titer (reduces administration dosage), and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a recombinant expression vector comprising an expression carrier and an exogenous nucleotide sequence encoding the E. tarda immunoprotective antigen integrated in the expression carrier.
