摘要:研究了在不同的热处理条件下,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)与炭黑(CB)导电复合体系结晶行为的变化及对PTC效应的影响。借助于DSC和WAXD对体系的结晶行为进行了深入的研究。结果表明,热处理可以改善基体结晶行为,使结晶度提高,从而使导电复合体系的室温电阻率下降,PTC强度提高。
The effect of annealing on crystallization and PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) properties of conductive PVDF/CB composite was studied, with the using of DSC and WAXD. The experimental results show that the crystallization of the matrix is modified and the crystallinity is increased by annealing, the resistivity in room temperature is decreased, the PTC intensity is enhanced.
