摘要：NOVELTY - 2,4-Difluoro-5-(phthalazinon-1-yl-methyl)benzoylpiperazine compounds (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful for treating breast cancer (BRCA) gene related cancer i.e. breast cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2,4-Difluoro-5-(phthalazinon-1-yl-methyl)benzoylpiperazine compounds of formula (I) or their salts are new. R1=aryl, 5 or 6-membered heteroaryl, benzo-5or 6-membered heteroaryl, 5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl, benzo-5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkyl-sulfonyl (all are optionally substituted with T), -C(=O)-R2 or -CH2-R3; R2=aryl, 5 or 6-membered heteroaryl, benzo-5or 6-membered heteroaryl, 5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl, benzo-5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl (all are optionally substituted with T), 3-6C cycloalkyl or 1-6C alkyl; R3=aryl, 5 or 6-membered heteroaryl, benzo-5or 6-membered heteroaryl, 5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl, benzo-5 or 6-membered heterocyclyl (all are optionally substituted with T) or 3-6C cycloalkyl; and T=OH, halo, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C haloalkyl, 1-3C alkoxy, 1-3C haloalkoxy, cyano, tert-butylcarbamoyl or -O-(CH2)n-O-; and n=1-3. Provided that: The heteroaryl and heterocyclyl groups contain 1-3 N, O and S heteroatoms. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); and (2) medicine composition comprising (I) or their salts and a carrier.
