摘要：NOVELTY - A diazo fused aromatic compound (I) is new. USE - New diazo fused aromatic compound is used as fluorescent probe for kit for detecting hypoxia of cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The diazo fused aromatic compound having high detection sensitivity and high fluorescence enhancement is manufactured efficiently by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A diazo fused aromatic compound of formula (I) is new. R1=-NR3R4; R3=-(CH2)mR6 or -(CH2)nR5; R4=-(CH2)mR6; R5,R6=-CH3, -OH, -Br, -Cl, -CCH, -N3; R2=-(CH2)pCH3, -(CH2)pCH2-, -(CH2O)qCH3, -(CH2O)qCH2-, -(CH2O)rH, -(CH2O)r-, -CH2(CH2OCH2)sCH2OH, -CH2(CH2OCH2)sCH2O-, -CH2(CH2OCH2)tCH3 or -CH2(CH2OCH2)tCH2-; n,m,p-t=0-18; A(optional)=benzene ring;and B'(optional)=fluorophore. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of compound (I).
