摘要:采用烯丙基酯低聚物(DAPAEO)与二甘醇烯丙基碳酸酯(ADC)合成DAPAEO/ADC共聚物,研究了DAPAEO用量对共聚物光学性能、冲击性能的影响。研究表明,共聚物的折光率、密度、吸水率、表面硬度和聚合收缩率与ADC相比有明显的改善;但随着DAPAEO用量的增加,共聚物的冲击性能有所下降,透过率和黄度指数变化不大。当DAPAEO的质量分数为80%时,共聚物折光率为1.55,且各方面性能均优异。分别选用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、二异丙基过氧碳酸酯(IPP)作为引发剂,通过DSC研究了DAPAEO质量分数为80%的共聚物预聚液的固化动力学,确定了前者的反应活化能E1=104.44kJ/mol和反应级数n1=0.939,后者的E2=109.33kJ/mol,n2=0.945。
DAP-AEO/ADC copolymer was synthesized from novel allyl oligomer ester (DAP-AEO) and allyl diethylene glycol carbonate (ADC) . The effect of the content of DAP-AEO on the optical and impact properties of the copolymer was studied. The results showed the refractive index, density, water absorption, surface hardness and shrinking ratio of the copolymer were much better than those of ADC ; with the increase of the content of DAP-AEO, the impact property decreased but the light transmissivity and yellow index changed little; when the mass percentage of DAP-AEO was 80%, the light transmissivity was 1.55, and all other properties were superior. DSC was used to characterize the curing kinetics of copolymer when the mass percentage of DAP-AEO was 80 %, with BPO and IPP as initiators respectively, and it was calculated by using Kissinger method that the activation energy and reaction order of BPO were 104.44 kJ/mol and 0.939 respectively, and those of IPP were 109.33 kJ/mol and 0.945 respectively.
