摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method of spinel coating on surface of alloy involves (i) degreasing the surface of an alloy material, (ii) powder infiltrating or gas phase permeating alloy material with manganese and chromium, (iii) cleaning the surface of the alloy material, alkali cleaning with sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, (iv) introducing water vapor into the carrier gas, bubbling, passing mixed gas into a heat treatment furnace equipped with an alloy material, and controlling the temperature of bubbling electrolyte solution by a constant temperature water bath. USE - Preparation of spinel coating on surface of alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of spinel coating on surface of alloy with excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, anti-carburizing effect, anti-coking performance, and high durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of spinel coating on surface of alloy involves (i) degreasing the surface of an alloy material, (ii) powder infiltrating or gas phase permeating alloy material with manganese and chromium, where the infiltration agent for powder infiltration process comprises 10-60 %mass chromium powder or chrome iron powder, 2-40 %mass manganese powder or ferromanganese powder, 1-5 %mass ammonium chloride, 0.2-1 %mass sodium fluoride, 0.1-0.5 %mass cerium oxide, and remaining alumina powder, and the solid phase source used in the gas phase permeation process comprises 30-60 %mass chrome powder or chrome iron powder, 10-30 %mass manganese powder or ferromanganese powder, 0.1-0.5 %mass cerium oxide, 0.2-1 %mass sodium fluoride, and remaining alumina, (iii) cleaning the surface of the alloy material, alkali cleaning with 30-50 %mass sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, (iv) introducing water vapor into the carrier gas, bubbling, passing mixed gas into a heat treatment furnace equipped with an alloy material, and controlling the temperature of bubbling electrolyte solution by a constant temperature water bath, (v) heating the furnace at 700-1200 degrees C, high temperature oxidizing at 950-1100 degrees C for 6-10 hours, heat preserving for 5-15 hours, (vi) cooling the furnace to room temperature or below 150 degrees C at a rate of 5-30 degrees C/minute, and sealing the gas to obtain a spinel coating of 5-20 mu m.
