摘要：材料的J-R阻力曲线受裂尖拘束的影响。为在结构完整性评定中准确纳入这种影响,需要构建材料拘束相关的J-R阻力曲线。基于新发展的面内与面外统一拘束参数Ad,定义了一个载荷无关的统一拘束参数A_d~*。用有限元法计算了不同拘束试样在不同J积分下的A_d~*值,验证了A_d~*的载荷无关性。基于参数A_d~*和不同拘束试样的J-R阻力曲线,研究了构建材料拘束相关的J-R阻力曲线的方法,并得到了核电压力容器A508钢和X80管线钢的拘束相关的J-R阻力曲线的数学方程。通过方程预测的J-R阻力曲线与数值模拟曲线和试验曲线的对比,验证了方程预测的准确性。所构建的J-R阻力曲线方程可用于结构(如压力容器、管道等)的延性撕裂及裂纹扩展稳定性评定,以提高传统不考虑拘束评定的精度。
The J-R resistance curve of materials is affected by the crack tip constraint. In order to accurately incorporate this effect in the structural integrity assessment,it is necessary to construct constraint-dependentJ-Rresistance curves. A loadindependent unified constraint parameter A_d~* based on the newly developed in-plane and out-of-plane unified constraint parameters Adwas defined. The A_d~* values of specimens with different constraints at differentJintegrals were calculated by finite element method,and the load independence of A_d~* was verified. Based on the parameter A_d~*and theJ-Rresistance curves of specimens with different constraints,the method of constructing the constraint-dependentJ-Rresistance curves was studied,and the mathematical equations of the constraint-dependentJ-Rresistance curves of a nuclear pressure vessel A508 steel and a pipeline X80 steel were obtained. The accuracy of the equation prediction was verified by comparing theJ-Rresistance curves predicted by the equations with the numerical simulation curves and the experimental curves. The constructedJ-Rresistance curve equations can be used for the ductile tearing and crack propagation stability assessments of structures(such as pressure vessels,pipes,etc.) to improve the accuracy of the traditional assessments without considering the constraint effect.
