摘要：办公室是单位的行政事务职能部门,也是各部门的后勤服务和管理部门,论文结合实际工作,对继续教育办公室日常管理和服务工作,从管理角色定位到服务对象人群进行分析,并对服务管理的要点和改进方向进行尝试性的探讨和分析,以期提高管理效率和服务质量。
The office is the administrative functions department of unit, and the logistics service and management department of each department.Combinedwiththe actualwork, thepaper analyzes thedailymanagement andserviceworkof the continuingeducationoffice, fromthe position of the management role to the target population, and tries to discuss and analyze the key points and improvement directions of service management, so as toimprove themanagement efficiency and service quality.
