摘要：我国颁布实施《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》是我国发展清洁生产和循环经济重要举措。实现清洁生产和循环经济是时代发展的需要 ;实现清洁生产和循环经济是进行世界贸易交往的必要前提和条件。本文提出了我国实现清洁生产和循环经济的三项途径和办法。
