摘要:In the valve body sealing convex platform as the research object, the finite element numerical simulation method was used to study the changes of temperature of welding process. The effect intensity of welding work-piece geometry on the welding quality was discussed. The prediction of welding temperature and the beforehand evaluation of welding quality were groped. The simulation on moving heat source was realized by using ANSYS, referencing Gaussian heat source distributive model, and using element active technology of ANSYS. The effect of various material parameters and change rules on simulated calculation was considered adequately. By the analysis of welding process simulation on temperature field, we can make conclusion that different physical cooling conditions caused by valve sealing surface boss structure have an influence on the welding quality. The results show high consistency with the current situation in the experiment.
