摘要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)外标法测定并比较了蓖麻Ricinus communis不同部位和不同生长期蓖麻叶中蓖麻碱的含量,并研究了其对甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua的毒杀效果。结果表明,蓖麻不同部位中蓖麻碱的含量差异较大,由高到低依次为叶(1.005%)>籽壳(0.568%)>饼粕(0.451%)>茎(0.429%)>籽仁(0.235%);不同生长期蓖麻叶中蓖麻碱的含量也存在很大差别,其中鲜绿叶中的含量最高。提取的蓖麻碱对甜菜夜蛾具有良好的毒杀效果,施药72 h后对2龄幼虫的LC50值为0.35 mg/mL。
Ricinine content in different parts of Ricinus communis and the leaves of different growth periods was determined and compared by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) external standard method. The insecticidal activity of extracted ricinine towards Spodoptera exigua (Lepidoptera:Noctuidae) was investigated. The results showed that the content of ricinine varied in different parts of R. communis,and decreased in the order of leaf (1. 005% ) 〉 seed shell (0.568%) 〉 caster bean meal (0. 451% ) 〉 stem (0.429%) 〉 seed kernel (0. 235% ). Different contents of ricinine were also found in the leaves of various growth periods, and the highest content was detected in the fresh green leaves. The extracted ricinine exhibited insecticidal activity towards 2^nd instar larvae of S. exigua, with LC50 value of 0.35 mg/mL after 72 h.
