摘要:在大量的基础数据测定及实验室小试的基础上 ,建立了一套三相床甲醇合成的热模试验装置。在直径 0 .2 0 3m、高 8.2m的鼓泡淤浆反应器内 ,以医用液体石蜡为惰性液相介质 ,在温度 2 10~2 5 5℃、压力 2 .5~ 3.1MPa的条件下 ,在C30 2铜基催化剂上进行三相甲醇合成。试验中着重考察了全套试验装置的运行情况与催化剂活性。结果表明 ,所建立的一套工业侧线试验装置具有良好的操作性和稳定性 ,达到了设计的要求。
A hot flow test set up was installed based on a lot of basic researches.Three phase methanol synthesis was carried out over C3O2 copper based catalyst suspended in medical liquid paraffin used for as inert liquid medium at the temperature ranging 210℃ to 255℃ and the pressure ranging 2.5MPa to 3.2MPa in a bubble column slurry reactor with the diameter of 0.203m and the height of 8.2m.Operating performance of the whole hot flow test set up,the activity of catalyst,and the effects of main operating parameters on methanol synthesis process were investigated emphatically in the test.The test results show that the test set up can satisfy the demand of design,and that the problem of quickly rated catalyst deactivation at the condition of CO rich synthetic gas has effectively been solved.Besides,the reasons of catalyst deactivation and the other engineering problems were analyzed and discussed.
