摘要:Organic and inorganic transparent hybrid conducting films were synthesized with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid-doped polyaniline (DBSA-PANI) and 3-(mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) through the sol-gel route. The effects of content of acetic acid, m-cresol and DBSA-PANI on the structure, conductivity and visible light transmittance of the hybrid films were mainly investigated. The structure of the hybrid materials was stable. Acetic acid was both the reagent and catalyst during the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of MPTMS. The structure of precursors was most stable, when the molar ratio of acetic acid to MPTMS was 0.4. Furthermore, sheet resistance of the hybrid transparent conducting films decreased with the increase in content of m-cresol and DBSA-PANI. Sheet resistance of the obtained films reached 3.23 k Omega/square and visible light transmittance was 80%, when the molar ratio of m-cresol to MPTMS was 5 and the weight ratio of PANT to SiO2 was 3/7.
