摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining industrial hydrocarbon steam cracking furnace geometry and process parameters. A hearth is obtained according to length and width. A furnace chamber is provided with a radiation heat transfer model, a flue gas flow model, a fuel gas combustion pattern and a smoke convection heat transfer model. An energy balance value in hearth nonlinear equations set is calculated by using quasi Newton iteration. Furnace tube thermal flux, flue gas mass flow rate, flue gas viscosity and a Reynolds parameter value are obtained. USE - Industrial steam cracking furnace real-time performance prediction method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing reliable model basis so as to realize designing and operating optimization of a cracking furnace. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of structure illustrating an industrial steam cracking furnace real time performance prediction method.
