摘要:通过脉冲激光辐照SnO_2超微粒子薄膜,研究激光束对此薄膜的改性作用。扫描电镜及X射线衍射分析表明,在激光照射区,薄膜表面氧化锡微粒重组、聚集,择优生长,晶形改善,同时薄膜仍保持超微粒子结构。对气敏特性的研究得出,激光辐照可明显改善SnO_2超微粒子薄膜对汽油的灵敏性。
The action of the irradiation of a pulsed laser beam on SnO_2 ultrafine particlefilms has been studied. Analyses of SEM and X-ray diffraction showed that SnO_2 ultrafineparticles in the bombarded area aggregate and grow selectively.The formed size of SnO_2crystalline grains is about 2μm,with porous columnar ultrafine particle structure unchanged.In addition,the laser irradiation would ameliorate the gas sensing properties of SnO_2 ultrafineparticle films to gasoline vapour.
