摘要：创新创业教育重在提升创新精神与创新能力等"核心素养"。这些"核心素养"的提升要求保障两个基本的制度条件:一是价值取向的多样性,二是基本的自由度。但是,各高校由陆续出台的各种文件简单叠加构成的成文规则,缺乏整体的制度设计,价值取向过于单一,"少数人专断"等问题严重,在扶优扶强的操作过程中实际上淡化了大学的育人宗旨。因此,创新创业教育亟需以大学宗旨为依据的良好的制度设计,强化大学师生的法治规则意识,坚持学术自由等大学原则,坚守大学的育人宗旨,以保障创新创业所需要的多样性和自由度。
Innovative and entrepreneurial education lays emphasis on cultivating the key competences of innovative spirit and creative ability. Raising key competences calls for both diversity and freedom in campus. However, the written rules of university are unbeneficial to the raising of key competences for the lack of total institution design, for the singularity of value orientation, for the ordinary arbitrary decisions, and for the practice of helping the excellent and the strong. Therefore, innovative and entrepreneurial education desiderates better institution design based on educational purpose, enforcing the pates consciousness of faculty and students, persisting to the university rules, and holding the ground of education, so as to safeguard the diversity and freedom needed by innovation and entrepreneurship.
