摘要:本文以氢化铝锂为还原剂在溶液中还原四氯化硅和辛烯三氯硅烷体系,一步合成出辛烯封端硅纳米粒子,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征硅纳米粒子的形貌和尺寸分布,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱表征硅纳米粒子的光学性能,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征硅纳米粒子表面基团的化学结构。TEM表明硅纳米粒子的平均粒径为5.07±0.80nm,光学性能表征证明辛烯封端硅纳米粒子具有强烈的光致发光现象,1H NMR和FTIR证明辛烯基团以Si-C键连接在硅纳米粒子表面,为进一步制备核壳型硅纳米粒子和高分子复合型荧光生物材料打下了良好基础。
A one-step synthesis, octylene terminated silicon nanoparticles were prepared via co-reduction of sil- icon tetrachloride and octenyltrichlorosilane using LiA1H4. The particle size and distribution were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The optical properties were analyzed with UV-visible absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. Their surface chemistry was characterized using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. TEM showed that the average diameter of silicon quantum dots was 5.07 ±0. 80nm. Optical characterization proved the highly photoluminescence of octylene terminated silicon quantum dots. 1H NMR and FTIR indicated that octylene group was connected to the surface of silicon nanoparticles with Si - C bond. These results lay the foundation for the further preparation and application of core-shell type silicon nanoparti- cles and polymer composite fluorescence biological materials.
