摘要:调查了上海市主要蔬菜种植基地土壤中微塑料的赋存特征,旨在为微塑料生态风险评估提供科学依据。采集上海市6个典型农业区(松江区、金山区、青浦区、闵行区、奉贤区和浦东新区)蔬菜基地土壤样品,并采用密度分离和傅里叶变换显微红外光谱技术对微塑料的丰度、类型、形状及颜色特征进行详细分析。结果表明:上海市蔬菜种植基地土壤中的微塑料平均丰度为1 310个/kg,微塑料主要为聚丙烯、聚乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,且纤维状和薄膜状微塑料的丰度较高;微塑料的丰度及形态在不同地膜覆盖类型和区域间存在显著差异;常年使用常规地膜的蔬菜基地具有较高生态风险,因而推广可降解地膜具有重要的环境意义。
This study systematically investigated the occurrence characteristics of emergent pollutant microplastic in soils from major vegetable plating bases in Shanghai,aiming to provide a scientific support for ecological risk assessment of microplastics.Relevant soil samples from 6 typical agricultural areas(Songjiang District,Jinshan District,Qingpu District,Minhang District,Fengxian District and Pudong New District)in Shanghai were collected.Density separation and Fourier-transform micro-infrared spectroscopy techniques were employed to analyze the abundance,types,shapes and colors of microplastics.The results showed that the average abundance of microplastics in vegetable soils was 1310 particles/kg.Polypropylene,polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate were predominant,while fiber-and film-shaped microplastics were prevalent.Significant differences in microplastic abundance and morphology were observed between different areas and mulching film coverages.Vegetable plating bases yearly utilizing conventional mulch films were going to face elevated ecological risks.Therefore,promoting the use of degradable mulch films would hold significant environmental values.
