摘要:以环戊二烯和顺丁烯二酸酐为单体合成了3,6-内次甲基-1,2,3,6-四氢苯二甲酸酐(NA),以NA代替部分邻苯二甲酸酐与多元醇反应制备了耐高温不饱和聚酯树脂。采用非等温DSC法研究了该耐高温不饱和聚酯树脂的固化反应动力学,根据T-β外推法确定固化反应的起始温度、峰值温度和结束温度分别为130,145,185℃;通过Kissinger-Ozawa法和Crane方程求得其固化反应的活化能为12.93 kJ/mol、碰撞因子为4.24×103、反应级数为0.88。利用统计法得到该耐高温不饱和聚酯树脂的耐热温度为182℃,高于半酯化法改性的双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂。
3, 6-Endomethylene-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydro phthalic anhydride(NA) was synthesized from cyclopentadiene and maleic anhydride, and then high temperature resistant unsaturated polyester resin was prepared from polyhydric alcohol and NA that could partially replace phthalic anhydride. The kinetics for the unsaturated polyester resin curing was studied by means of DSC. Based on T-fl extrapolation, the initial temperature, peak temperature and finish temperature of the curing process were determined as 130, 145 and 185 ~C, respectively. The activation energy, frequency index and reaction order of the curing reaction were determined by Kissinger-Ozawa method and Crane equation as 12.93 kJ/mol, 4.24 x 103 and 0.878, respectively. The decomposition temperature of the resin is 182 ~C calculated by statistical method, which is higher than that of unsaturated dicyclopentadiene modified polyester resin obtained by half-esterifying.
