摘要:以醋酸为溶剂,醋酸钴为催化剂,在常压下以臭氧-空气混合气体为氧化剂,对甲苯氧化制苯甲酸的过程进行了研究。重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和引发剂对反应的影响。结果表明,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为120 min,气体流量为0.5 L/min,臭氧的浓度为29 mg/L,催化剂2.25%,反应物甲苯的质量分数为4.14%,苯甲酸的总收率可达83.2%,在加入质量分数0.18%的Na Br时,苯甲酸收率高达92.7%。
Acetic acid as the solvent, cobalt acetate as a catalyst, at atmospheric pressure with ozone-air mixture oxidizer catalytic oxidation of toluene to benzoic acid process were studied. Emphasis on the effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst and initiator of the reaction. The results showed that:the re-action temperature is 70 ℃ , reaction time 120 min,the gas flow rate of 0. 5 L ymin,ozone concentration is 29 mg/L,catalyst 2.25% , reactants toluene mass fraction of 4. 14% , up to a total benzoic acid yield of 83.2% ,when the mass fraction of NaBr 0. 18% ,benzoic acid yield up to 92.1% .
