摘要:采用污泥混合接种的方法,利用UASB(厌氧污泥床)反应器完成了厌氧氨氧化混培菌的培养与驯化并启动了实验室规模的厌氧氨氧化反应器。当含氮模拟废水进水氨氮浓度和亚硝氮浓度分别为3~5mmol/L和4~6mmol/L,进水氨氮、亚硝氮的容积负荷分别为2mmol/(L·d)和2.5mmol/(L·d),氨氮、亚硝氮的最大去除率分别可达63%和78%。对UASB反应器工艺运行条件的研究表明:厌氧氨氧化反应的最适pH为7.5,最适反应温度为35°C。厌氧氨氧化反应速率与亚硝氮浓度有关,当亚硝氮浓度大于10mmol/L时对厌氧氨氧化反应具有明显的抑制作用。
Starting with a mixture of aerobic activated sludge and anaerobic sludge, effective anaerobic ammonia oxidation (ANAMMOX) mixed culture bacteria were prepared by enrichment and acclimation in a laboratory scale UASB (up-flow anaerobic sludge bed) reactor. For an influent containing both ammonia nitrogen (3-5 mmol/L) and nitrite nitrogen (4-6 mmol/L) and operating the reactor at loading rates of NH3-N 2 mmol/(L·d) and NO2-N 2.5 mmol/(L·d), as much as of 63% and 78% of NH3-N and NO2-N, respectively, were removed. The best treatment pH was 7.5, and the best temperature was 35°C. The ANAMMOX rate increased with the concentration of NO2-N up to 10 mmol/L and then decreased with still higher nitrite concentration in the reactor.
