摘要:以甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇和正丁醇四元混合物为研究对象,在稳态精馏模拟和优化的基础上,搭建了Kaibel分壁精馏塔(KDWC)小试实验装置,全塔由7段塔节组成,共计39块理论板;采用SIMATIC S7-300系统对KDWC的4个产品回路进行温度控制,利用上位机WinCC控制面板调节操作参数,实现了小试装置的平稳开车;考察KDWC等摩尔比进料的稳态分离过程及对进料组成发生±20%波动后KDWC的分离效果进行动态实验研究。实验结果表明,4组产品纯度均满足90%(x)的设计要求,侧线产品中轻重杂质含量与模拟结果略有不同;4×4温度控制结构能够实现对KDWC的稳定控制,产品纯度(x)介于88.17%~93.99%之间,误差在-2%~+4%以内。
The separation of a quaternary mixture consisting of methanol,ethanol,n-propanol and n-butanol was studied and a lab-scale Kaibel divided wall column(KDWC) equipment with 7 sections and 39 theoretical plates was built based on steady state simulation and optimization. SIMATIC S7-300 is used for setting up four product temperature control loops and WinCC control panel is used for adjusting the operating parameters to realize the smooth start-up of the KDWC. And the steadystate separation process of KDWC equimolar ratio feed was investigated and the dynamic experimental study on the separation effect of KDWC after ±20% fluctuation of feed composition was processed. The result showed that the purity of the four groups of products meets the design requirements of 90%(x),and the composition of light and heavy impurities in side streams are slightly different from the simulation results. KDWC can be smoothly controlled by the 4×4 temperature control structure with the mole purity of products ranging between 88.17% and 93.99%,and the purity deviation of the product can be controlled within a range of -2%-+4%.
