摘要:介绍了酪素(casein)与丙烯腈(AN)接枝共聚及其接枝效率和接枝百分率的测定方法。用红外光谱(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对丙烯腈和酪素接枝共聚物试样进行了分析。结果表明,以硫氰酸钠(NaSCN)水溶液为溶剂,在pH≤5的条件下进行丙烯腈和酪素接枝共聚,接枝效率达到62%,接枝百分率达到22%。
The graft copolymerization of casein onto polyacrylonitrile(PAN), its efficiency of graft and the percent of graft has been studied. The chinon sample of the graft copolymerization of the acrylic and casein has been analysed by IR and SEM. The result shows that the efficiency is about 62% and the percent of graft is about 22% at the condition of pH≤5 and the solvent is NaSCN(aq).
