摘要:采用共混的方法,将聚碳酸酯对苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物进行增韧改性,并以DSC、SEM、FT-IR和力学测试为手段,对共混物的微观形态、结构与性能进行研究。结果表明,SMAA/PC是部分相容体系,存在着氢键的相互作用。控制共混率在一定范围内,颗粒分散均匀且粒径小,冲击韧性有较大改善,增韧效果较好。
Toughening of Poly(styrene co methacrylic acid)(SMAA) by bisphenol A Polycarbonate (PC) is studied by means of blending. The morphology, structure and methanical properties of the blend are measured and analyzed by DSC, SEM, FT IR and mechanical test respectively. The results show that SMAA/PC is a partial miscible system and there exist hydrogen bonds interaction. In a certain range of the blend ratio, the particles of two polymers are very finely and uniformly distributed. By comparison with SMAA, the impact strenth of the blends are notably improved.
