摘要:以高频往复试验机(HFRR)评价柴油润滑性能,考察了碳数为18的不同羧酸对加氢裂化柴油润滑性的影响。合成了蓖麻油酸单酯类化合物,测定了它们的酸值,并考察其对加氢裂化柴油润滑性改进的效果。通过优化蓖麻油酸丙三醇单酯与蓖麻油酸复配的比例,制备了加氢裂化柴油的抗磨添加剂。试验结果表明,在相同添加量条件下,制备的抗磨添加剂对加氢裂化柴油的润滑性改进效果略优于国外抗磨剂,而制备的抗磨添加剂酸值约为国外抗磨剂的一半,在加剂量为200~500μg/g的条件下,不影响加氢裂化柴油的基本物化性质。
The lubricity of hydrocracked diesel fuel in the presence of carhoxylic acids with carbon number of 18 was investigated by using high-frequency reciprocating rig (HFRR)test. Several monoesters of ricinoloeic acid were synthesized by esterification, their acid vales and effect of the luhricity on diesel fuel were also studied. Results indicated that the lubricity of hydrocracked diesel fuel improved by home-made additive was slightly better than that by the imported one, while the acid value of the home-made one was just about 50% of the imported one. When the added dosage of the homemade additive was in the range of 200--500μg/g,the physical properties of the hydroeracked diesel fuel was basically unchanged.
