摘要:研究了固化液中添加剂对磷酸镁骨粘结剂 (MPC)抗水性能的影响 ,对其抗水机理进行了重点分析。实验结果表明 :固化液中引入复合添加剂对 MPC固化体在体液环境中的稳定性有明显改进 ,与固化液中纤维素的浓度相比 ,硅溶胶的浓度对固化体的质量损失和早期抗压强度有较明显的影响 。
Functions of the compound additives in setting liquid were investigated and the water proof mechanism was analysed in detail. The experimental results show that the addition of silicasol and cellulose in setting liquid can improve water proof properties of MPC in SBF(Simulate Body Fluid). Compared with cellulose, the concentration of silicasol compound in setting liquid has a more evident effect on the weight loss and early compressive strength of MPC. Moreover, the compound additives have little influence on the reaction product and its crystallization according to XRD diagrams.
