摘要：西方政治思想家从不同角度、不同层面表达了对于"公平正义"的价值解读,回答了特定历史境遇中"何谓‘公平正义’"、"如何实现‘公平正义’"的现实问题,为转型中国探究"公平正义"的内涵、实践"公平正义"的路径提供了广阔的理论背景和思想启蒙。在社会主义现代化的伟大实践中,社会主义的"公平正义"原则必须表现为:社会层面的公平,法律层面的公正,经济领域的公共利益,政治领域的公共意志以及程序上的公开透明。今后我国的社会公平正义建设应该从制度、文化、利益关系和政策等方面切入。
Western political philosophers have interpreted the notion of justice from different perspectives and at various levels;they answered ＂What it means to have justice？＂ and ＂How to accomplish it？＂ within particular historical contexts.Their ideas have provided enlightenment and broadened the theoretical background for investigating the denotation as well as the practice of justice in a China that is undergoing social transformation.In pursuing the great socialist modernization,socialist principles of justice must reveal themselves through the following aspects,namely,social justice,legal justice,fairness in economic interests,public will as expressed in politics,procedural transparency.To attain social justice in our country we must approach it from dimensions of law,culture,interests and government policy.
