摘要:Dozens of functional benzoxazines with propargyl and acetylenic groups have been synthesized and used to blend with arylacetylene resin (PAA resin) and silicon-containing arylacetylene resin (PSA resin). Thereby, PAA/benzoxazine and PSA/benzoxazine blends with different ratios have been prepared from PAA resin, PSA resin, and various benzoxazines. The miscibility, processibility, and curing reactions and behavior of PAA/benzoxazine blends and PSA/benzoxazine blends are described. Furthermore, the thermal and mechanical properties of cured PAA/benzoxazine and PSA/benzoxazine blends are presented. Finally, the properties of fiber reinforced blend composites are addressed and discussed. The investigations show that the properties of PAA/benzoxazines and PSA/benzoxazines blends can be adjusted by the change of the structures and the amount of the benzoxazines added. The functional benzoxazines with propargyl or acetylenic groups have been used to effectively improve the properties of PAA and PSA. The processability of PAA and PSA resins can be changed by blending with the functional benzoxazines. The thermal properties of PAA and PSA resins decrease with the addition of benzoxazines. The mechanical properties of PAA and PSA resins obviously increase with the addition of the functional benzoxazines. On the other hand, the thermal property of the functional benzoxazines can be enhanced by the addition of PAA or PSA resins. ? 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
