摘要:NOVELTY - A polypeptide combination having high affinity with survivin, is new. The polypeptide combination comprises heptapeptide having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 1-5 (sequences not given in the specification) and dodecapeptide having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 6 and 7 (sequences not given in the specification). USE - The polypeptide combination is used in preparation of targeted survivin nanobodies for preparation of a medicament for treatment of liver cancer. The targeted survivin nanobodies in combination with cell penetrating peptide trans-activating transduction (TAT) fusion expression product is used in preparation of medicament for treatment of liver cancer (all claimed). The polypeptide combination is used for diagnostics, imaging and tracing. ADVANTAGE - The nanobody has low immunogenicity, good stability, and high solubility, and is easy to express, and easily coupled with other molecules. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing targeted survivin nanobody, which involves combining the polypeptide having high affinity with survivin as a non-conserved sequence of nanobody complementarity determining region, and integrating nonconservative sequences into nanobody coherence framework by gene manipulation.
