摘要:制备不同质量百分含量铬的铜铬合金试样,对合金试样进行等径角挤压(ECAP)处理。然后采用金相显微镜和硬度测试仪等进行合金微观组织和力学性能的研究。结果表明,铬合金元素在合金中以颗粒状均勺分布,ECAP加工的道次越多,晶粒细化程度越大。其中Cu-7.5wt%Cr和Cu-11.25wt%Cr合金经ECAP加工处理后晶粒细化效果最为明显。同时,经过ECAP后试样各表面的显微硬度值均有不同程度的增加。
Cu-Cr alloys with different mass percentages of chromium were prepared by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP). The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were researched by metallographic microscope and hardness-testing device. The results show that chromium element is uniform distribution with graininess in the alloys. The more the passes of ECAP, the finer the grain size. The grain refinement of Cu-7.5wt%Cr and Cu-11.25wt%Cr alloys is the most obvious after ECAP processing. And the microhardness on the different surfaces of the samples increases differentially after ECAP processing.
