摘要:NOVELTY - Multifunctional electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) biological probe (I) based on magnetic nanoparticle is new. USE - Probe (I) for biological application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The magnetic nanoparticle can be dispersed in water easily, thus, providing probe (I), which can be easily dispersed in water. It has excellent biocompatibility in animal body and can be quickly dispersed in the animal tissue. Probe (I) is selectively distributed in organs like mice heart, liver, and lung through EPR detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Multifunctional EPR biological probe of formula (I) based on magnetic nanoparticle is new. R=2-4C alkyl;and X=O or NH.
