摘要：面对在役传统基础设施逐渐出现闲置、功能退化等价值未充分实现的问题,探究数字化改造如何系统性地重塑基础设施价值体系尤为重要。为此,采用概念分析与理论整合方法构建了传统基础设施数字化改造平台生态系统架构,剖析其固定模块、拓展模块、平台参与者等特征,并从价值诉求、创造、分配、捕获4个方面提出了传统基础设施数字化改造平台生态系统价值重塑。研究结果揭示了传统基础设施数字化改造价值形成逻辑,为在役传统基础设施的数字化改造实践提供框架性指导与决策参考。
Traditional infrastructure in operation increasingly faces idleness,functional degradation,and other forms of underutilized value,highlighting the need to systematically reconfigure its value system through digital transformation.To address this,conceptual analysis and theoretical integration methods are adopted to construct a digital transformation platform ecosystem architecture for traditional infrastructure,analyzing its core modules,extended modules,platform participants,and other characteristics.Furthermore,the study proposes a value reconfiguration framework for the digital transformation platform ecosystem of traditional infrastructure,considering four aspects:value demand,creation,distribution,and capture.The findings reveal the underlying logic of value formation in the digital transformation of traditional infrastructure and offer a structured framework to guide decision-making and practical implementation for in-service infrastructure renewal.
