摘要：本文基于民政事业的重要性,从经验研究的角度,通过对民政事业经费投入和使用的现状分析,找出民政事业发展的问题所在,讨论加大民政事业经费保障机制的建设问题。
Based on the Importance of civil affairs＇ development and by the view of the experiential research, this dissertation first analyzed the status quo of the income and layout of civil affairs, and then figured out the deficiency of the total income and the problems of its structure, and proposed that we should work hard trying to establish a scientific, reasonable and effective financial assurance mechanism of civil affairs at the end.
