摘要：基于挤出-滚圆法研制了一种新型球形微丸造粒机,可广泛用于制药、化工、食品等行业。文中介绍了该造粒机的机械结构、工作原理和技术特点,并讨论了其制备过程的影响因素。在此基础之上,通过制备微晶纤维素空白丸芯的应用实例,验证这种新型球形微丸造粒机的实用性和有效性。
Based on extrusion-spheronization method,a novel spherical pellet granulator widely used in pharmacy,chem ical,food industry,etc.is developed.The structure,working principle and technical characteristic of it is introduced and the factors of manufacturing pellets is discussed.By manufacturing blank microcrystalline cellulose pellets.the practicability and validity of the granulator are confirmed.
