摘要:芳炔树脂具有优良的工艺性能和耐热性能,将成为重要的高性能树脂基体。利用格氏试剂法合成了含硅氧烷芳炔树脂(SiOAR),通过FT-IR1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、GPC、DSC、DMA和TGA等技术对树脂的结构和性能进行了较全面的表征。结果显示,SiOAR在室温下是粘性液体,能溶解于常用溶剂;树脂固化反应放热量低,能在200℃左右固化;树脂固化物的玻璃化转变温度高于350℃;在氮气和空气中,热分解温度Td5(失重5%时的温度)分别达589℃和556℃。
Arylacetylene resin will become an important matrix material with excellent thermal property,ease of processabilty and low pyrolysis shrinkage.In this paper,a novel siloxane-containing arylacetylene resin(SiOAR) was prepared by condensation reaction between dichlorosiloxane and organic magnesium Grignard reagents.SiOAR was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,GPC,DSC,DMA and TGA techniques.SiOAR exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents and was a viscous liquid at room temperature.The DSC result showed that SiOAR can cure with low exothermal heat. The cured resin had a glass transition temperatures above 350℃. The TGA showed the decomposition temperatures Tds(temperature of 5 % weight loss) of the cured resin under N2 and air were 589℃ and 556℃, respectively.
