摘要：根据社会对人才需求结构的变化和高等教育教学改革要求,华东理工大学实施了电子产品设计技能训练创新基地建设项目。就电子产品设计技能训练创新基地建设的目的、组织模式、实施效果及存在问题等作深入探讨。
According to the structure change of talents needed by the society and the requirement of higher educational innovation,East China University of Science and Technology has implemented the project of building an innovation base for the competence training of electronic product design.The major emphasis of this paper will be the purpose,organization pattern,implementation effects and problems of the project.
