摘要:选择了6种单双糖进行稳定性试验,最终选择以乳糖作为标准品,建立了CarboPac PA10为色谱柱,以250 mmol/L NaOH溶液等度淋洗,流速为1.0 mL/min的金电极的性能评价方法。通过与进口金电极进行对比,评测了自制金工作电极的性能。同时对薄层型安培池的检测响应公式进行验证,并探究了金电极的保存方法对检测灵敏度和结果的影响。结果表明:自行开发的金电极测样重复性良好,检测峰面积的RSD小于1.3%,背景和噪音较小,其性能优异且能长期稳定使用。
Six kinds of monosaccharide and disaccharide were selected for stability tests. As a result,the lactose was selected as the standard substance,which was employed to establish a performance evaluation method for gold electrode using carbopac PA10 as the chromatographic column with 250 mmol/L NaOH solution in a flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. Compared with the imported gold electrode,the performance of the self-made gold working electrode was evaluated. At the same time,the detection response formula of the thin-layer amperometric cell was verified,and the influence of the storage method of the gold electrode on the detection sensitivity and results was explored. The results showed that the self-developed gold electrode possesses favourable repeatability and RSD,the detection peak area was less than 1. 3%,and the background and noise were low. This method owns excellent performance and able to stably use for a long time.
