摘要:在温度程序控制仪的研制中,采用了双微机控制系统,这是考虑到温度控制程序的编制操作和对已运行炉子的调节控制会同时进行,而且要互不干扰、互不限制。两机之间采用查询方式通讯,DMA 方式传送数据,整个温控程序的编制过程,完全采用CRT 屏幕问答方式。另外,采用了数字滤波、非线性校正、零漂补偿、逻辑判断、数字PID 运算以及高级语言的固化技术等。仪器的结构紧凑可靠,操作简便,智能化程度较高。在现场运行中,获得了满意的结果。
We adopt two microcomputers in the temperature programminggroup controller.One microcomputer is used to control the temperature of ovens.The another microcomputer performs the conversation between the operator andthe machine.The communication between two microcomputers are carried out inthe inquiring mode and the transmissions of data are in DMA mode.The cha-racteristic advantage of double-microcomputer system is that,the program-ming of any oven may be changed at any time without troubling the normalrunning of other ovens.The whole hardware is installed in a box.the components are closely pac-ked togather and easy to use.The instrument has been used sucessfully in afactory.
