摘要:研究了DA改性剂的种类、用量对酚醛树脂残碳率的影响 ,并用扫描电镜观察和分析了改性酚醛树脂的成碳结构。结果表明 :DA改性剂可明显提高热固性酚醛和热塑性酚醛树脂的残碳率 ,其中DA1改性剂效果最好 ,用量为 0 .1% (质量分数 )时可将树脂残碳率提高 7%~ 8% ,而且DA1改性剂可明显改善树脂成碳结构。
The effect of category and quantity of DA modifiers on the char yield of phenolic resins was studied. It was showed that 0.1 percent of DA 1 modifier had the best improvement, which raised char yield of phenolic resins by 7%~8%. Experimental results of SEM indicated DA 1 modifier improved the structure of carbonized resins prominently.
