摘要:介绍实时扫描系统的测试原理、特点和系统的总体结构。经试验和应用表明:该系统能直观地检测和评价钢丝绳芯的使用状态,可在线实时监测带式输送机钢丝绳芯输送带的断绳、接头抽动等故障状况。检测结果与X光机核对,证明其监测结果可靠、准确。
The testing principle, characteristics, overall systemic structure of the system is introduced. After testing and field application, the result shows that the system detects and evaluates intuitively the working conditions of steel wire cord, and on-line real-time monitors the fault condition of wire cords broken and joint tic movement of steel wire cord of conveying belt on belt conveyer. The results of detecting to compare with X-ray machine prove that the monitoring result is reliability and accuracy.
