摘要:宏观非均质广泛存在于焊接结构中。为了克服标准主曲线法(ASTM E1921)对非均质材料应用的限制,工程中亟需要一种确定非均质材料参考温度和韧脆转变区间断裂韧度分布的方法。首先消化吸收了国外标准,说明了SINTAP法的应用过程,将复杂的数值过程通过程序实现;然后,基于试验测试了60 mm厚SA738Gr.B钢焊接接头不同区域的断裂韧度,对比分析了SINTAP法和标准主曲线法的预测结果;最后,讨论了SINTAP中非均匀性筛查程序的可靠性。结果表明,焊接接头的断裂韧度分散性大,有较多的数据点落在5%和95%分散带之外。焊缝金属相比于母材和热影响区的参考温度更高,是焊接接头的薄弱环节。SINTAP法对于均质材料和标准主曲线法预测效果是相当的,但对非均质材料,可以有效降低由于非均质而引发的异常数据点的影响,从而产生适当的参考温度估计和韧性预测。SINTAP法的非均质筛查判据过于严格,可能会将均质材料误判为非均质材料。
Macroscopic heterogeneity is widespread in welded structures. In order to overcome the limitations of the standard master curve method( ASTM E1921) on the application of heterogeneous materials,a method for determining the reference temperature of heterogeneous materials and the fracture toughness distribution in the ductile-brittle transition interval was urgently needed in engineering. This paper first digested and absorbed foreign standards,explained the application process of the SINTAP method,and realized the complex numerical process through programs. Then,based on experiments,the fracture toughness of different areas of the 60 mm thick SA738 Gr. B welded joint was tested,and the prediction results of the SINTAP method and the standard master curve method were compared and analyzed. Finally,the reliability of the non-uniformity screening program in SINTAP was discussed. The results show that the fracture toughness of welded joints has a large dispersion,with more data points falling outside the 5% and 95% dispersion bands. The reference temperature of the weld metal was higher than that of the base metal and the heat affected zone,which is the weak link of the welded joint. The SINTAP method is equivalent to the prediction effect of the homogeneous material and the standard master curve method,but for the heterogeneous material,it can effectively reduce the influence of abnormal data points caused by the heterogeneity,thereby generating an appropriate reference temperature estimation and toughness prediction. The criteria for heterogeneous screening in the SINTAP method are too strict,which may misjudge homogeneous materials as heterogeneous materials.
