摘要：分析了IGES文件格式及B样条曲面的数据记录格式,从CAD模型中提取了曲面信息,探讨了自由曲面的轮廓度误差评定方法,采用共轭梯度法优化了测量点至曲面误差的计算,并以汽车的加油小门为例,验证了系统的可行性,提高了计算效率。
In this paper, the IGES format and data record format of B-spline are represented briefly, and a method of error evaluation on free-form surface is advanced. This paper researches the question on error evaluation of B-spline surface. This paper optimizes the calculation method of the distance so as to upgrade the calculating efficiency highly.
