摘要：我们构建和实施了一套全新的高校实验教学中心管理系统。本文以该系统为例,探讨了加强实验中心建设所应具备的管理理念、管理框架和管理体系,并分析了实验室管理人员适应新形势需做出的努力,旨在为同类实验室的建设和管理提供一定的参考。
Based on material experiment teaching center, a set newly experiment teaching center manage- ment system is built and implemented, and to strengthen management concept, management framework and management system on the construction of experiment center are discussed, and the required efforts of the laboratory management personnel in order to adapt to the new situation are analyzed, aiming at providing certain reference of laboratory construction and management for the similar laboratories
